1. Services
We provide residential lawn care and handyman/property services including mowing, trimming, cleanups, mulch, bush hogging, painting, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, hauling, and gravel driveways in the Tri-Cities and surrounding Virginia areas.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes given by phone or text are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed after we see the property in person. Prices depend on property size, condition, and scope of work.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Requests are made by call or text. We confirm your appointment directly. Weather or conditions beyond our control may require rescheduling; we'll contact you if that happens.
4. Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling.
5. Payment
Payment is due after service is completed, via the payment options we provide. Unpaid balances may result in paused service.
6. Property Access & Preparation
Please ensure gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and the work area is accessible. We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access.
7. Satisfaction
If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of service and we'll make it right. Results depend on the condition of the property; we cannot guarantee outcomes outside our control (for example, the recovery of a severely damaged lawn).
8. Right to Refuse
We may decline or stop any job that is unsafe or misrepresented. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
We perform work with reasonable care. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, or indirect damages. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden objects in the work area.
10. Text Messaging
If you text us, you agree to receive text messages about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here.
